- Town puts small gazebo up for bid!Posted on: 2005-03-04Due to the increased popularity of O'Brien Park as a venue for special events and activities, the Town has been working to enhance the park. The Parker Rotary Club generously constructed a new gazebo in the park in 2004. The Town will be making additional improvements to the park this summer, which requires the removal of the older, small brown gazebo in the park.
Rather than demolishing the gazebo, we would like to offer it out to bid to members of the public. If you are interested in the gazebo, please go to our Web site at www.parkeronlin.org/gazebo and download the bid form. Bid forms must be remitted to Dennis Trapp at Parker Town Hall by 5 pm on Friday, April 1, 2005.
The gazebo must be fully removed from the park no later than June 1, 2005. The bid winner will be responsible for all costs associated with securing and removing the gazebo from the site, and will be required to provide the Town with a Certificate of Insurance in a form and amount approved by the Town.
